For free-in-store exchange, we currently accept change of shoes size only. Please contact our customer service team at cs@staccato.com within 7 days from delivery. The returned item(s) must be unused and in its original packaging. Our customer service staff will inform you whether the returned goods have been accepted so that you can exchange the shoes at stores.
